Ondo Finance Acquires Oasis Pro To Expand Tokenized Securities Offering

Ondo Finance, a real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform, has finalized its acquisition of Oasis Pro, a regulated digital asset broker-dealer and alternative trading system (ATS). The deal, first announced in July, grants ONDO access to SEC-registered broker-dealer, ATS, and transfer agent designations—paving the way for compliant tokenized securities markets in the U.S.

Oasis Pro, founded in 2019, is a FINRA-member broker-dealer and among the first firms authorized to settle digital securities in both fiat and stablecoins. Nathan Allman, Ondo's founder and CEO, emphasized the strategic advantage: "We now have the most comprehensive suite of licenses and infrastructure to build transparent, accessible, and compliant on-chain financial markets."

The MOVE signals growing institutional momentum for tokenized securities, though regulatory clarity for U.S. equity trading remains unresolved.
